Financial responsibility for the booking will remain with the original Lead Guest (the first guest listed on the booking) or the primary contact recorded on the booking.
Where a booking is transferred to new guest(s), all payments already made will remain attached to the booking and will not be refunded by Choose Your Cruise.

6.6 Additional Conditions
All booking changes and transfers are subject to availability.
Any fare difference, price increase, supplier charge, tax increase or additional cost arising from a booking change or transfer will be the responsibility of the Lead Guest and must be paid in full at the time the change is requested.
